Ingredients
1 teacup strawberries
3/4 cup sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
1. Wash and cut strawberries into pieces.
2. Mix sugar and strawberries in a heavy bottomed pan and cook.
3. When the sugar melts smash the strawberries and keep cooking.
4. Once it is thick add lemon juice, mix and remove from gas.
5. Cool and then fill in a sterlized glass bottle. Enjoy with bread or chappati....
